Digital bank market in Vietnam is growing significantly. Banks are running continuously on launching new features to bring convenient and diverse experiences to their customers.
Some new technology companies (such as Be, Grab, Now, Momo, etc.) which are related to payment features have jumped into this game.
That requests VPBank to change itselft to adapt and grow.
Solution
We re-positioned VPBank Online as not only a bank’s mobile application but also a place to serve all payment needs anytime, anywhere in an open ecosystem by launching a brand-new-generation of a digital bank – VPBank NEO with a new message: Connecting with your life.
We promised to accompany Vietnamese youngsters in every single moment of their modern, fast life with our new features beyound banking: banking service, financial service, market places, etc.
